Limited Warranty:

Each manufacturer in this catalog warrants his products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal or intended use, for a specified period of time. Please ask an AOP sales representative for specific details. Sellers' liability arising from or in any way connected with the items sold shall be limited to repair or replacement of the items sold or refund of purchase price paid by the buyer, at seller's option. In no event shall the seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damage of any kind.

Returns:

For product returns of any nature, please first contact an AOP Sales representative and request an RGA (return goods authorization). All returns are subject to inspection and possible restocking charges.

Delivery:
|
All orders ship FOB Auburn, WA. If products are damaged in transit, consignee must file a claim with the carrier. Consignee is responsible for all costs associated with shipping and handling.

Payment Terms:
|
For open accounts our terms are net / 30 days from date of invoicing, with a 1% discount for early payments (within 10 days). A/R balances over 30 days will be subject to a late charge of 1-1/2% per month.

All products listed in this catalog are in stock and available for immediate shipment IN LIMITED QUANTITIES. If an item is out of stock completely, we will air freight, at our cost, the products from the factory to our warehouse. We reserve the right to limit quantities on all shipments.
